The Senior Vice President, Client Engagement will take charge of steering a high-achieving team of leaders, working in tandem with cross-functional partners to devise innovative strategies and cultivate lasting client partnerships.

You will play a pivotal role in Epsilon's expansion by surpassing revenue objectives and generating measurable success stories for clients.

This position will report directly to the Managing Director of our Retail division and will closely collaborate with designated Epsilon clients.

Your role will involve close cooperation with stakeholders from Business Development, Account Management, Finance, and Product Development to enhance client retention and stimulate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee major accounts, serving as a trusted advisor who facilitates problem-solving discussions and aligns our extensive suite of solutions.
  • Showcase Epsilon's value by developing innovative solutions that fulfill client requirements and align with our business objectives.
  • Lead significant client meetings, promoting collaboration with internal partners and Publicis Group teams when necessary.
  • Establish trusting, productive relationships with key stakeholders across products, analytics, and platforms, driving value for our clients.
  • Guide the formulation of cross-functional goals (data, technology, and media) that reflect the company's vision and values.
  • Regularly monitor progress towards sales targets.
  • Champion the creation of key value propositions for your clients, ensuring that product solutions align with their business aims.
  • Act as a conduit between clients and product teams.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Directors and Senior Directors.
  • Inspire the team by setting clear expectations, outlining career paths, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining high performance levels.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment where your team can excel and develop strategic account plans.
  • Work alongside other leaders to address business challenges, pinpoint growth opportunities, and improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading large enterprise accounts.

  • Ability to connect technology with tangible business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
