Role: Head of Operations

This pivotal role will lead and refine the operational infrastructure across the firm's expanding network of offices. The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing all administrative functions, from overseeing practice managers to directing workflow administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of firm-wide operational strategies and processes.
  • Oversee administrative teams, ensuring the smooth functioning of practice management, reception, data administration, and workflow coordination.
  • Unify and integrate multiple offices into a cohesive operational model.
  • Enhance efficiency by streamlining workflows and setting up robust compliance and control processes.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in operations.
