Senior Education & Events Manager

The Fragrance Education and Events Specialist at Interparfums Luxury Brands plays a crucial role in assisting the Senior Education & Events Manager with various daily functions. This position is integral in promoting leading US fragrance brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program Development

Assist in the creation of comprehensive training initiatives and events that align with brand goals.

Support the development and distribution of training manuals and resources to effectively meet educational objectives.

Collaborate with the Field team to enhance product knowledge, refine selling techniques, and promote effective team management and reporting skills.

Work alongside Marketing and Creative teams to produce branded educational materials.

Engage in the continuous improvement and updating of content on My Fragrance Club.

Coordinate with Sales Admin and Sales Planning teams to fulfill the educational needs of the field sales force and retailer requirements.

Manage the preparation of monthly and bi-annual sales communication documents, launch kits, and retailer-specific requests.

  • Educational Facilitation

Assist in organizing and executing National Education Conferences, Regional & National Sales Meetings, and retailer conferences.

Develop PowerPoint presentations and webinars as necessary for training and presentations.

Support the ideation and execution of in-store events and Masterclasses, ensuring they are engaging and results-driven.

Collaborate with both French and US Marketing teams to create retailer-specific educational videos and programs.

Partner with the French customer experience team to continually enhance the success of My Fragrance Club.

Provide assistance with training during special events.

  • Administrative Duties

Contribute to forecasting and planning all training materials required for various curriculums.

Ensure all deadlines for training manuals and materials are adhered to.

Submit creative requests and project briefs as necessary.

Coordinate with the Operations Team to guarantee timely delivery of educational orders.

Manage the daily budget for Training Materials, tracking all expenditures and reporting any discrepancies.

Prepare and coordinate ABS orders for Training/Events, My Fragrance Club, and other field requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in the fragrance and/or beauty industry, preferably in an educational capacity
  • 3+ years of experience in curriculum development
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage departmental budgets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
