Retail Events Coordinator

Puig is a global leader in the fragrance and beauty industry, recognized for its commitment to innovation and excellence. As a Retail Events Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and traffic to our stores through strategic event planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Develop and implement CRM initiatives to enhance client community management and new client prospecting.
- Collaborate with eComm and digital teams to optimize retail CRM tools.
- Establish marketing plans for existing retail stores and new client acquisition for upcoming openings.
- Manage client loyalty programs and tailored marketing approaches for each segmentation.
- Work closely with the Director of Global Marketing and retail teams to identify local needs and retail event opportunities.
- Research and recommend vendors based on creativity, quality, and cost.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure design direction and guidelines align with Retail Marketing strategy and Visual Merchandising directives.
- Plan and coordinate events, addressing potential problems and scenarios that may impact the event's integrity.
- Manage guest lists, send invitations, and monitor RSVPs.
- Maintain an elevated standard of client experience, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Track and update Time & Action for each event.
- Develop assets for events, including invitations, place cards, menus, and on-site décor.
- Assist on-site, if requested.
- Collaborate with Logistics Manager and Manager to ensure timely deployment and return of samples loaned for in-store activations.
- Strategically plan events calendar within activation budget, driving growth of brand awareness, new client acquisition, existing customer SOW, and AOV.
- Manage gifting inventory across categories, monitoring stock levels and ordering accordingly.
- Arrange gifting lists, wrapping, presentation, delivery, and deployment.
- Track pickup and delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, tracking production progress, negotiating quotes and deadlines, receiving and processing invoices.
- Compile post-event recap analysis to identify future opportunities and track ROI.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to review and track client interactions and behaviors, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in compiling and gathering information for weekly Marketing and Communications report.
- Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful individual with a deep understanding of the global press and fashion creative landscape.
- Confident and comfortable representing the brand internally and externally to key stakeholders and partners.
- Strong communications, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work as a team and multitask.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Fashion GPS, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Budget/revenue management experience preferred.
- Proactive, energetic, curious, and out-of-the-box thinker with strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Sample trafficking software preferred.
