Your Impact:


The Client Relationship Manager is an essential member of the SXM Media's Client Services team, responsible for driving and safeguarding revenue by serving as a trusted partner to clients and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to meticulously design and implement campaigns for Advertisers/Agencies, thereby generating revenue for SXM Media.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, organization, and critical thinking, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your team will consist of thoughtful, problem-solving individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the SXM Media brands.

Core Duties:
Establish and nurture positive business relationships with clients, sales teams, creative design teams, sales research, and technical teams.

Collaborate with the sales team to generate ideas and materials for proposals and availability submissions, including media recommendations, research, competitive insights, and guidance on technical feasibility.

Become a product authority, understanding your clients and the appropriate SXM Media offerings that will fulfill their marketing objectives and yield favorable outcomes.

Ensure that Pandora revenue targets consistently guide all aspects of account management; design and execute media strategies and campaigns; engage directly with clients on all pre-launch elements related to creative specifications and submissions.

Develop and oversee creative and technical production timelines with Advertisers/Agencies, ensuring timely asset delivery for campaign launches.

Collaborate with internal traffickers, creative design, and clients as necessary to resolve any ad creative issues affecting tracking, implementation, or reporting.

Monitor all booked revenue to track campaign delivery and pacing; escalate issues as needed.

Work alongside the billing team to address monthly invoicing inquiries.

Provide essential campaign deliverables, including but not limited to: reporting, screenshots, and ad-hoc requests.

Delegate tasks as necessary to internal resources.

Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in digital/radio/mobile advertising operations or account management.

Highly proactive and exceptionally organized, with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and campaigns effectively.

Outstanding client service and communication skills, both verbal and written; results-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Familiarity with the pre-sale process and media plan creation; experience with custom display, mobile, audio, and video advertising products.

Experience working with internal order management systems and third-party systems, including ad servers.

Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge across departments.


Preferred but not mandatory experience includes knowledge of programmatic transactions and performance campaign management involving conversion data and related ad technology.

Proficient in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Must possess the legal right to work in the U.S.
