Ultimately, the associate will be able to assist with client services and to ensure that the practice’s operations department runs smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of client events
  • Manage client relationship building activities such as gifting, creating memorable experiences and interactions, and delivering "WOW moments"
  • Greet and welcome clients before review meetings and events
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on new/existing client and administrative paperwork
  • Onboarding new client relationships
  • Create client correspondence/mailings, as requested
  • Maintain CRM and paperless document system daily
  • Provide timely and proactive status updates on assigned tasks
  • Assist with special projects/tasks including event planning and marketing efforts
  • Assume related administrative and general office support duties, as needed
  • Answering incoming communications


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, client service experience preferred
  • Design capabilities using Canva or similar tools preferred
  • Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software, as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent judgment, strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience working with highly confidential information
  • Self-starter who is resourceful, organized and detail-oriented
