About the Role

This is a remote opportunity to join a dynamic and inclusive team at SurePrep, a leading provider of software solutions for the tax and accounting industry. As a Client Success Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of our clients by developing strong relationships, identifying their needs, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Deliver client training via web conference or face-to-face meetings
  • Engage current clients to identify their needs and promote our products and services
  • Maximize business potential through strong relationship management and consultative sales techniques
  • Describe the value add of our solutions/services and promote additional products and services
  • Perform onsite and web-based training sessions
  • Input client data and other sales data into customer relationship management software
  • Closely follow current market intelligence, industry trends, client feedback, and business needs
  • Understand CPA firms' business models and consult with them on maximizing tax return preparation and review efficiency
  • Share best practices, knowledge, and learning with the team
Requirements
  • 2+ years of training or client success experience
  • Tax industry experience preferred
  • CRM software experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives and/or other client team members
  • Client service-oriented
  • Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities
  • Confidentiality: must be able to safeguard sensitive information
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
