Front Desk Agent Role

As a Front Desk Agent with Crescent Services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Guest Service: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and promote hotel services, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Guest Requests: Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Front Office Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office role, preferably in the hotel, leisure, or retail sector.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Guest Service: A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service, with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
