Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and team-driven professional to join our internet sales team. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, responding to customer inquiries, and scheduling showroom appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads for new and used vehicles for our Toyota and Ford franchises
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner
  • Schedule showroom appointments for customers with sales managers
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly personality and likes working with people
  • Strong computer skills required, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to comfortably toggle between multiple internet browser windows
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check prior to employment
