Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of window installers to ensure timely and efficient completion of installations
  • Conduct site assessments to identify potential installation challenges and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized service
  • Ensure that all installations meet our quality standards and are completed in accordance with our procedures
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in window installation or a related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 83 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
