Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Accounts Payable Coordinator provides administrative support to the management and staff within a specific division, department, or unit. This role is responsible for overseeing routine operations, managing the supervisor's calendar, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage routine operations of the department
  • Manage the supervisor's calendar and coordinate meetings
  • Answer the telephone, screen and transfer calls, and take messages
  • Greet and screen visitors as needed
  • Establish and maintain an effective filing system
  • Prepare travel applications, vouchers, and compliance forms
  • Review purchase orders and invoices, maintain ledgers, and monitor the operating budget's transactions
  • Maintain and inventory of office supplies
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail with evidence of strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
