  • Operational Management: Manage all operational, people, financial, and customer aspects of the restaurant to achieve a well-rounded business.
  • Goal Setting and Communication: Set goals for yourself and the restaurant, and communicate them to the team to ensure everyone is working towards the same objectives.
  • Cash, Food, Labor, and Inventory Controls: Own and review cash, food, labor, and inventory controls to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Culture and Team Relations: Foster a positive and fun work culture, and handle all team member relations with respect and care.
