The General Manager is a key member of the Taco Supremo Management Oklahoma, LLC team, responsible for leading the restaurant to success. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team of employees to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop a team of employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Scheduling and Forecasting: Create and approve schedules based on weekly forecasts and management and crew availability to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant is kept clean and meets Taco Bueno standards, providing a fresh and welcoming environment for customers.
- Repair and Maintenance: Address repair and maintenance activities to ensure the restaurant meets Taco Bueno standards at all times.
- Operational Management: Manage all operational, people, financial, and customer aspects of the restaurant to achieve a well-rounded business.
- Goal Setting and Communication: Set goals for yourself and the restaurant, and communicate them to the team to ensure everyone is working towards the same objectives.
- Cash, Food, Labor, and Inventory Controls: Own and review cash, food, labor, and inventory controls to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Culture and Team Relations: Foster a positive and fun work culture, and handle all team member relations with respect and care.
