Instructional Designer III

We are seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer to join our Global Retail Training team at Aditi Consulting. As a key member of our Stores Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for creating interactive and engaging learning experiences for company Stores employees.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Develop Training Materials: Create creative, learner-centered, performance-based training materials utilizing interactive eLearning modules and videos.
- Develop E-Learning Modules: Create eLearning modules, assessments, measurement tools, and evaluations of training effectiveness.
- Ensure Consistency and Scalability: Develop scalable modules to ensure all training programs are consistent and ready for a global audience.
- Attention to Detail: Acute attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree required in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or similar field.
- Relevant Experience: 3 + years relevant experience in an instructional design role.
- Authoring Tools: Extensive experience with authoring tools, such as Storyline/Rise 360, or similar, as well as JavaScript for xAPI.
- Multimedia Development: Multimedia development in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
- Interactive Training Materials: Experience designing and developing interactive training materials in multiple modalities.
- Master's Degree: Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education Technology, or similar field.
- Proven Experience: Proven work experience designing and delivering training solutions to large organizations.
- Project Management Skills: Solid project management skills including, planning work, managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
- Industry Certifications: Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.g. CPTD, CPT, PMP, etc.).
- Advanced Multimedia Development: Advanced Multimedia development in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
- Emerging Tech Trends: Experience with emerging tech trends for content creation (e.g. gamification, VR, xAPI).
- High-Quality Voice-Over: Experience creating high quality and engaging voice-over for training materials.
- Localization: Experience developing training content for localization to multiple languages/cultures.
- Training Effectiveness: Demonstrated ability to assess training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Ability to earn trust of subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting: Experience troubleshooting ambiguous technical issues and collaborating with software teams from discovery through resolution.
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
