About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining training materials for our tax employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our tax employees
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training programs are accurate and effective
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our tax employees
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience creating training materials in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories, practices, and principles of human behavior
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, demonstrating organization, time management, and teamwork
  • Ability to formulate ideas and communicate them in both written and oral format to a wide range of audiences and situations
  • Technical knowledge of tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, GlobalMeet, Broadcast, and/or Cornerstone
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating training materials for tax, accounting, finance, and other related fields
  • Knowledge of determining the best training tools for delivering content
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
