About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining training materials for our tax employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging training programs that meet the needs of our tax employees
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and principles
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge of Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, GlobalMeet, and/or Cornerstone
  • Experience creating training materials for tax, accounting, and finance
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and experience with LMS administration
