- Three years of administrative support experience
- Associate's degree and one year of administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy maintaining records
- Strong customer service skills
- Administrative support experience in a university or community college setting
