Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee various management, leadership, and accountability responsibilities within a specialized technical group or department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.
- Engage in multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge to plan and develop tasks addressing unique or complex challenges.
- Explore subject areas, define scopes, and select pertinent problems for investigation, fostering innovative concepts and methodologies.
- Maintain effective communication with internal units and external stakeholders.
- Act independently on technical matters relevant to your field, working with minimal supervision and receiving administrative guidance.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, coordinating their activities to achieve project goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional Engineer Licensure or equivalent certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of pertinent experience in hydraulic structures or tunnels.
- Active California PE License.
- Proven experience in managing engineering teams and support staff.
- Strong ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in marketing and business development.
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent business acumen and networking capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Established connections within the dam industry with a recognized profile among clients.
- Motivated, disciplined, and adaptable with multi-tasking abilities.
