Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions. You'll also be responsible for following a product/supply checklist for each customer's job, up-selling additional products and supplies, and answering telephones and entering sales orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-sell additional products and supplies
  • Answer telephones and enter sales orders
  • Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account
  • Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse
  • Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
  • Reorder products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
  • Address and resolve service concerns, should they arise
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in window and/or door sales/installation
  • Ability to use quoting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Detail and service-oriented
