Job Description:Entech Staffing is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metals and alloys and a passion for sales.Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders.
  • Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the metals industry.
    • Strong knowledge of metals and alloys (rod, tube, bar, sheet).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Drive.
    • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.Benefits:
