Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, working collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct routine examinations, perform diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Advise patients on healthy lifestyle choices, provide education on disease prevention and management, and promote wellness and self-care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation.
  • Ability to speak and write in additional languages, including Spanish, depending on the market.
