Marketing Director Opportunity at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and passionate marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and success.

Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our company's goals and objectives. This will involve working closely with our sales teams, external contractors, and agencies to ensure that our marketing efforts are productive, aligned, and effective in achieving results.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of integrated marketing activities and a wealth of knowledge and best practices from previous experiences working in-house for relationship-driven organizations. You will be a coach-player who can create high-level strategy, manage external agencies, and execute campaigns, as well as roll up your sleeves to do the work needed to help our dedicated team achieve their mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives
  • Work closely with our sales teams, external contractors, and agencies to ensure that our marketing efforts are productive, aligned, and effective
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to our leadership team on marketing performance and ROI
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing activities and best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
