Qualifications Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher (equivalent foreign degree accepted).
- At least seven years of combined experience in physician recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Human Resources regulations and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Additional experience in physician recruitment.
- Knowledge of AAPPR tools and standards, as well as experience with Taleo/Oracle ATS and PeopleSoft.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously assess recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and professional associations to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the Renaissance School of Medicine to analyze and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks.
- Oversee the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and efficient journey for applicants.
- Implement internal processes for applicant screening, interviewing, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage the recruitment budget and explore innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
- Lead and mentor the Provider Recruitment Team, ensuring effective performance and professional development.

Special Notes: This is a full-time, exempt position. The role is essential and may require attendance during emergencies or campus operational changes.
