Strategic Governance Director

Bunge North America is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Director, Strategy, Governance & Planning to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IT governance framework, aligning IT strategy with business objectives, and managing IT investments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust IT governance framework, encompassing policies, procedures, and standards.
- Align IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring consistent, transparent, efficient, and effective service delivery and risk management.
- Manage IT investments, prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and controlling budgets.
- Oversee IT portfolio management, monitoring request/demand management processes, and evaluating vendor performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring IT services meet business requirements.
- Lead and develop a team of business-minded IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 15+ years of experience in IT governance, strategy, and portfolio management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Deep understanding of IT governance frameworks and best practices (e.g., COBIT, ITIL).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to drive governance and tracking of effectiveness of strategy and allocation of resources.
