Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and facilitating enterprise Project and Portfolio Management processes and reporting, as well as monitoring compliance to standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the EPMO team, including hiring, training, and evaluating direct reports.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects and/or services, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Provide leadership and insights on company-priority programs and projects.
  • Establish and maintain a process for monitoring and reporting on compliance to adopted EPMO policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Perform strategic planning and maintain alignment of projects with RGA's strategic direction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years experience in project management, portfolio management, and resource management.
  • 5+ years management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six Sigma / Lean Process Evaluation / Improvement.
  • Master's degree and/or LOMA certification.
  • Microsoft Certification.
  • Oracle Certification.
  • PeopleSoft Certification.
