ECP Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced ECP Relationship Manager to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise and upper mid-market customers. As a key member of our customer success team, you will drive retention, expansion, and advocacy, ensuring our customers derive maximum value from their investment with ECP.

Your Role:
You will partner with internal teams to ensure world-class experiences for our customers throughout their lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include proactive communication and ownership of the commercial relationship with our enterprise and upper mid-market customers, including renewals, pricing, and licensing changes. You will also own the client experience post-implementation, focusing on client growth, satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth. Experience working in fast-paced growth environments and proven success in client growth, retention, and satisfaction are also essential. You must be effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and managing client expectations, with excellent storytelling skills using data and best practices, as well as an attentive listener. Solution-oriented attitude, strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and multitasking abilities are also required. Finally, you will need superior internal/external customer service and collaboration skills, with enthusiasm for healthcare, especially senior healthcare or healthcare for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
