Job Summary:
As a Client Relationship Manager at Timothy Jon & Associates, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding client relationships across both segments of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and providing strategic outreach and account management to fuel business expansion.

Your Role:
As a Sales and Account Growth Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding client relationships across both segments of the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Utilizing CRM tools to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and provide data analysis for strategic decisions.
  • Proactively connecting with existing customers to assess and meet their needs, ensuring they are aware of the full range of our product offerings.
  • Identifying and converting potential clients through targeted outreach campaigns across both the correctional products and workwear sectors.
  • Maintaining and strengthening client relationships by addressing any issues promptly and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Partnering with internal teams—customer service, accounts, production, and procurement—to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

We Offer:
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, negotiable based on experience, as well as a comprehensive healthcare plan, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a supportive, family-like work environment focused on personal and professional growth.
