We're looking for a Client Success Specialist to establish and sustain strong relationships with key clients and drive business growth.
Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Serve as a non-billable point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders and attend pertinent meetings to understand evolving needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans that align with their business objectives and leverage company solutions.
- Communicate client feedback and insights to internal teams to inform product/service improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management
- Superb English language oral and written communication skills
- Experience with technical solution software and professional services preferred
