About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our TikTok Shop team. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for driving full-funnel product education, product adoption, and revenue across TikTok's eCommerce products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to introduce new products to the US market, including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value props, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure product messaging is consistent across all channels and maximize product growth and retention.
  • Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention.
  • Track marketing program performance and improve through continuous testing.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for your product, providing white-glove product support, building roadmaps, running enablement sessions, and participating in QA testing.
  • Manage input and feedback from various types of users, including end-users, merchants, creators, and employees.
  • Partner with Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to identify impactful product opportunities and prioritize efforts.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce or social commerce.
  • Experience working with product management, analytics, and design to scale products.
  • Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product, content marketing, and other owned channels.
  • Ample experience working with and influencing cross-functional partners (marketing, design, copywriting).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing, and analytical tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in related fields (MBA, computer science) preferred.
