Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Solutions & Operations team at TikTok. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving full-funnel product education, product adoption, and revenue across TikTok's eCommerce products.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to introduce new products to the US market, including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value props, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure product messaging is consistent across all channels and maximize product growth and retention.
- Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention.
- Track marketing program performance and improve through continuous testing.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for your product, providing white-glove product support, building roadmaps, running enablement sessions, and participating in QA testing.
- Manage input and feedback from various types of users, including end-users, merchants, creators, and employees.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce or social commerce.
- Experience working with product management, analytics, and design to scale products.
- Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product, content marketing, and other owned channels.
- Ample experience working with and influencing cross-functional partners, including marketing, design, and copywriting.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing, and analytical tools.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in related fields (MBA, computer science) preferred.
