Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Product & Campaigns to lead our product marketing strategy and ensure our brand and products resonate with customers. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product marketing plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and campaigns, leveraging market research, sales data, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and messaging strategies.
- Partner with the Product Development team to shape the product roadmap and bring approved products to market, ensuring effective communication and education of internal team members and customers.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and integrated brand initiatives, driving business results and customer engagement.
- Use consumer and market research data to inform product positioning and messaging strategies, gaining insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas.
- 8+ years of experience leading go-to-market launch plans for new products and campaigns across departments.
- Proven ability to leverage consumer and market research, sales data, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities and inform go-to-market plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements.
- Customer-centric approach, considering customer perspective and experience every step of the way, throughout their lifecycle, to inform decisions.
