Job Summary:
The Regional Director of Diocesan Relations is a key member of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange team, responsible for directing and managing the organization's comprehensive outreach to dioceses within the Western Region of the U.S. This includes California, Hawaii, Nevada, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement outreach strategies to dioceses.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead diocesan professionals to increase outreach and support for the Pope's missions.
- Provide guidance and support to diocesan mission staff to promote the Pontifical Mission initiatives.
- Ensure diocesan staff is motivated, focused, and supported in their work, fostering a culture that brings out the best in each staff member.
- Support individuals in their professional development and reinforce the value of teamwork toward achieving ambitious goals on behalf of world missions.
Requirements:
- Full-time position located in California.
- Heavy travel required.
