Financial Operations Associate Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of basic journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
  • Management of cash deposits, unclaimed assets, and stop payments, focusing on treasury and cash-related transactions.
  • Execution of various supporting tasks such as data compilation, report generation from multiple systems, and other ad hoc projects.
  • Analysis of fluctuations in account balances from one period to another.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or relevant coursework (preferred experience includes supporting an accounting department and financial reporting).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, along with familiarity with ERP systems and 10-key skills.
  • The capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
