Join Our Team as an RN Fellow at Providence

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team as a Fellow in our Acute Care Fellowship program at Providence St Joseph Health. As an RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Program Overview

Our RN Fellowship program is designed to provide a guided transition into a new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, this program is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured curriculum and hands-on learning experiences
  • Work with experienced preceptors to develop skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • One (1) year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
