Crisis Clinician II - CYFCT

Compass Health is seeking a highly skilled Crisis Clinician II to join our Child Youth Family Crisis Team (CYFCT) in Everett, WA. As a key member of our team, you will provide crisis intervention services to children, youth, and families in crisis, utilizing a recovery-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client risk and develop individually tailored care plans to promote recovery.
  • Provide crisis intervention and prevention services to children, youth, and families with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders.
  • Link individuals with needed services, including ongoing behavioral health care, natural supports, and community resources.
  • Collaborate with psychiatric services, emergency services, and other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document delivery of services in the medical record and complete all paperwork to agency standard and within required timelines.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral science-related field.
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC.
  • Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with children, youth, and/or families required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Evidence-Based Practices.

Working Conditions:

The Crisis Clinician II will work primarily out of the office, providing outreach to community settings as needed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and use close vision.
