Dexian DISYS is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to clients in Clayton, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
- Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process
- Provide on-site and remote support to end-users
- Assist in AV setups and new hire training
- Set up new workstations and deploy equipment
- Heavy use of Windows and Mac OS devices
- Ability to work in Active Directory and understand Cisco Meraki
- Test new technology and create documentation for staff training
- Resolve Tier 1 support tickets
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
A+ and Net+ Certification or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze data and think critically
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
Working knowledge of Tableau, Hadoop, Oracle, Jira/Agile Tools, Microstrategy, etc.
