**Supervisor - Parking Operations Manager**

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Operations Manager to join our team at SP+. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our parking locations, adhering to contractual guidelines and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Location Management: Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of assigned locations, ensuring that parking operations are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and operational excellence.
  • Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assist with the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as needed, including substituting for any position if necessary.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and respond well to questions.
  • Customer Service Skills: Maintain a positive attitude and respond to requests for service and assistance.
  • Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment and able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
  • License Requirement: The employee will be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
