Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Overnight Parking Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing valet parking services and personal attention to our guests and their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and Assist Guests

Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring their vehicles are parked and retrieved efficiently and safely.

Process Valet Tickets

Accurately and promptly process valet tickets, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and communicated to our guests.

Park and Retrieve Vehicles

Operate, park, and retrieve guests' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Inventory and Reporting

Perform regular inventory of valet-parked vehicles and available spaces, reporting any issues or concerns to management promptly.

Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with all team members to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless parking experience for our guests.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

High school education or equivalent required; previous valet, attendant, and/or customer service experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate a manual transmission, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively in the English language.

Driver's License and Clean Record

Valid driver's license required at all times, with a clean driving record.
