Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Patrol Security to join our team. As a Lot Patrol Security, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our parking facilities. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surveillance and Reporting: Observe activities at the parking facility, identify potential security risks, and report any suspicious activity to management.
  • Customer Service: Develop strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Patrol and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the parking facility and monitor surveillance cameras to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with on-duty security and management to ensure a smooth and secure operation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required at all times.
  • Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record is essential for this role.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills are required to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Weather Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Math and Computer Skills: Basic math and computer skills are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language.
