About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our store management and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to store management, including scheduling, expense account monitoring, and supply inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate personnel files and perform daily cash office functions.
  • Support the Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory, and requisition.
  • Ensure store team executes tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritize as needed.
  • Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates when setting and addressing priorities; provide progress updates.
Requirements
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to train others.
