Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment interview activities, including position postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage the new employee onboarding process, including pre-employment checks, IT setup, and orientation sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR staff, including presentation preparation, correspondence, and file maintenance.
  • Coordinate separation processes, including IT paperwork, exit interviews, and termination procedures.
  • Oversee the company vehicle program, including monthly billing, fleet leasing, and vehicle replacement.
  • Administer training activities, including scheduling facilitators, venues, and publicity.
  • Coordinate employee events, including gatherings, annual meetings, and holiday receptions.
  • Manage employee communication mechanisms, including news updates, business meetings, and HR announcements.
Requirements
