About the Role

Mullins Mechanical & Welding seeks a skilled Quality Documentation Specialist to maintain accurate records, organize archives, and review project documentation. This individual will collaborate with quality teams to ensure comprehensive weld mapping and data entry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Document Control: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of document management, including weld maps, inspection reports, and compliance records.
  • Weld Mapping: Work closely with welding inspectors and onsite quality to ensure precise weld mapping using Procore.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter data into Procore, spreadsheets, and other quality management documents. Generate reports to support quality control initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage consumable and material thresholds, assist with scheduling NDE personnel, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years of administrative or quality assurance experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore. Familiarity with industry-specific software a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience. Mullins Mechanical & Welding offers a comprehensive compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
