Research and resolve issues as needed. Provide reporting support to the team. Enter critical data into a variety of systems accurately and by established deadlines. Enter weekly production accurately and by established deadlines. Investigate and correct reporting discrepancies and errors. Perform quality audits on software utilized for tracking purposes. Respond to weekly research requests and make corrections, when necessary, in a timely and accurate manner Work closely with Project Managers to ensure accuracy of information. Provide workflow and backup support to other members in the group to ensure timely and accurate completion of all team functions What you’ll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed Proficient word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, and cloud-based computer skills are required Prior experience using the Google suite of applications is preferred Why work with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
