Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Robotics Deployment Specialist in the Canton, Mississippi area to join our team and contribute to the deployment, service, and monitoring of our robotic solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime to the customer.
  • Provide exceptional service, timely repairs, and routine maintenance of our robotics solution.
  • Monitor and observe the operation of customer robot fleets to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, product performance, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to customers during product deployment and post-sales phases.
  • Assist sales teams in providing on-site demos to potential customers.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. An Associate's degree, technical certification, relevant experience, or coursework in mechanical, electrical, or software fields is preferred.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or software systems, gained through work experience or educational background.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good driving record and reliable transportation to and from job locations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site visits.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
