Job Description

As an Integration Specialist with i3 Verticals Management Services, Inc., you will play a crucial role in the payment processing team by gathering necessary data and launching the onboarding process for new merchant accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring a customer-first approach.
  • Communicate effectively through email and phone to gather required information.
  • Maintain high availability to respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with customers, business partners, and internal colleagues to resolve requests efficiently.
  • Utilize various tools, including phones, emails, and remote connections, to collect necessary data for the onboarding process.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and typing skills.
  • Well-organized and efficient in work practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and experienced with Microsoft Office.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Able to contribute to a positive team environment.

About This Role:

This position involves assisting customers in the onboarding process for payment processing solutions, meeting their needs from a user perspective. A friendly, professional, and courteous approach is essential to ensure a positive customer experience.

Education & Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is highly desired.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
