Subway Team Lead

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Subway - 48734-0, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. Your primary focus will be on eight key areas:
Main Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our guests feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
- Food Preparation and Service: Ensure that high-quality food is prepared and served in a timely manner, meeting our brand standards.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.
- Inventory and Financial Management: Manage inventory levels, control costs, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Marketing and Community Outreach: Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including community outreach programs, to promote our brand and engage with our guests.
- Staff Recruitment and Development: Recruit and train high-performing team members, providing opportunities for growth and development.
- Restaurant Safety and Security: Ensure that our restaurant meets all safety and security protocols, including adherence to local and national health and food safety codes.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, leading by example and promoting a positive work environment.
