Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Expansion Representative to join our rapidly growing Go To Market organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships for our Sales Directors. You will work closely with a passionate and supportive team, leveraging your expertise to drive results and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to build territory plans and execute against quarterly goals
  • Nurture strategic partnerships and relationships to drive long-term growth and revenue
  • Deliver high-quality, qualified leads to our team of Sales Directors through proactive lead generation and qualification
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales performance metrics, including meeting quotas and achieving sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Attend industry trade shows and events, representing Ditto and engaging with customers and prospects
  • Understand Ditto's value proposition and have a basic technical knowledge around the offering

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
