Diagnostic Specialist II Job Description

At Servco Pacific Job Distro, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Diagnostic Specialist II, you'll play a crucial role in servicing and repairing Lexus vehicles, ensuring they're in top condition.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately diagnose and repair Lexus vehicles, utilizing your expertise to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Document all repair work, including notes and recommendations, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Inspect vehicles thoroughly, advising Service Consultants of any areas of concern to keep customers informed.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and safely, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Road test vehicles with customers, verifying that all repairs meet their expectations.
  • Maintain and exceed minimum shop production standards, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Attend all required factory training and obtain necessary certifications to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Associate of Science Degree in Auto Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum four years of Lexus automotive repair experience.
  • Minimum 3 ASE certifications.
  • Safety Inspection license.
  • Valid driver's license and strong driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for various vehicle sizes.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must own a basic set of automotive repair tools.
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

As a Diagnostic Specialist II, you'll be compensated with a competitive hourly wage and production incentive. You'll also receive factory training in our climate-controlled Hawaii training facility.
