Diagnostic Specialist II

Our Diagnostic Specialists play a crucial role in servicing and repairing Lexus vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. As a Diagnostic Specialist II, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Lexus models, performing bumper-to-bumper service and repair jobs while receiving factory training.
Responsibilities:- Accurately diagnose and repair Lexus vehicles to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Document all repair orders and provide clear recommendations to our customers.
- Inspect vehicles and advise our Service Consultants of any areas of concern, ensuring our customers are informed and satisfied.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and safely, adhering to our company's strict quality control measures.
- Road test vehicles with customers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain and exceed minimum shop production standards, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to excellence.
- Attend all required factory training and obtain necessary certifications to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
- Associate of Science Degree in Auto Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum four years of Lexus automotive repair experience.
- Minimum 3 ASE certifications.
- Safety Inspection license.
- Valid driver's license and strong driving record.
- Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with our team.
- Must own a basic set of automotive repair tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
As a Diagnostic Specialist II at Servco, you will be compensated with a competitive hourly wage and production incentive. You will also receive compensation for your ASE certifications and have access to our climate-controlled Hawaii training facility for factory training.
