Director of Marketing and Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing and Communications to join our team at Purpose Built Communities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our organization's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a communications plan that enhances public awareness and fosters community engagement.
- Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications to ensure consistent messaging across digital, print, and social platforms.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, community leaders, funders, and Network Members.
- Oversee the communications budget and manage external vendors, agencies, and consultants.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in communications, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Experience in media relations, public relations, and strategic communication campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful communications strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and strong analytical skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $110,000-$130,000.
