About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Perform register functions and utilize sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
  • Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Ensure visual standards are met and assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other equipment
